Comments:
From the pictures, this patient looks broader than she actually is (taken with less black background seen). Her pre-operative shape is somewhat typical of someone with a small amount of sag (position of nipples relative to lower breast fold), and one of my objectives with this patient was to give the appearance of giving her a "lift" without actually performing one. The key here was to adequately increase the distance between her nipples and her natural lower breast fold. I used a fairly generous volume, but was still able to achieve a natural "slope" in the upper part of the breast.
