Again, this is a fairly petite patient who requested a look that was “full as can be, yet still look relatively natural”. She actually has a very narrow chest wall (base diameter of each breast), and the result was certainly creating a balance between fullness (especially in the upper part of the breast) and yet having a fairly natural result. This patient does not, however, have what I refer to as the “natural slope” of the upper breast.
