Before:
32 year old female, 5' 6" 124 lbs post having 1 child/nursing with full A cup/ small B cup breasts
After:
1 year post-operative breast augmentation with 475cc smooth round saline breast implants to full C cup/ small D cup breasts
Comments:
This patient again has some pre-existing asymmetry (which probably over 95% of women have to some degree). She wanted to go "as full as she could go, and yet look natural". 475cc's is a fairly good sized implant, but I still was able to create a very natural look. Again, look especially at the angle and side views. She does not have a "hint of roundness at the upper part of the breasts" ( a look that she did not want)
