7 months post-operative breast augmentation with 430 cc High Profile Smooth Round Saline breast implants to between Mid C and Full C Cup.
Comments:
This patient has more of an augmented look. She is very thin to begin with, having a very narrow upper chest diameter. By showing me pictures of other patients preoperatively, she wanted more of a round appearance to the breast. There are patients that want this type of look, as it all comes down to personal preference. The high profile implant in this patient was due to the fact that she was so narrow (her breast base diameter), and she did not mind a rounder look to the breasts. This larger volume implant (in a thin patient with very little breast tissue), decreases the likelihood that she will get rippled by using the high profile style of implant.
