Before:
26 year-old female, 5’5” l20 lbs. with small B-cup breasts and significant asymmetry
After:
1 year post-operative breast augmentation with 375cc smooth round saline breast implants to mid/full C cup breasts
Comments:
This patient had a significant amount of asymmetry pre-operatively, as well as a fairly large gap between each breast. In general, I was very happy with the correction of asymmetry and the overall shape. I would have liked to achieve a smaller “separation” between the breasts, but the patient’s anatomy would not allow me to technically create this look. Nonetheless, the patient was very happy with the overall result.
