5' 5", 132 lbs with small B-cup breasts
After:
8 months post-operative saline breast augmentation with 425 cc smooth saline implants to full C/ small D cup breasts.
Comments:
Notice on the pre-op photograph that the patient's right breast is slightly higher. Also, she has a fairly wide gap(pre-operatively) between the breasts. She expressed to me that she wanted both of these issues improved, as well as a fairly full appearance. I think these goals were achieved nicely, while maintaining a natural slope of the upper part of the breast (angle and side view)
