7 months post-operative saline breast augmentation (450cc smooth saline breast implants) with reconstruction of tubular breast deformity--to full C-cup breasts.
Comments:
This patient poses, in my mind, one of the more challenging types of aesthetic breast procedures. With this degree of pre-operative deformity and asymmetry, it is very difficult to achieve a fairly natural and aesthetic post-operative result. Using a fairly generous volume implant, while at the same time, lowering her natural "shortened" crease, I was able to give her a very nice overall improvement.
