36 year old female
5' 7", l32 lbs with AA cup breasts. Has nursed 2 children
After:
6 months post-operative breast augmentation with 450cc smooth saline implants to full C-cup breasts
Comment:
This type of patient poses some challenges in that she wanted a fair amount of volume (in the implant), yet had very little breast tissue to begin with. I think I achieved a fairly natural result--notice that her lower breast fold (infra-mammary fold) had to be lowered to achieve this result
