6 months post-operative breast augmentation with 375cc smooth saline implants to full C-cup breasts
Comments:
This patient is obviously very thin and with a very athletic build. She wanted as much fullness in the implant as possible that could still be accomodated by her thin upper torso. Notice her pre-existing asymetry, as her left breast is more narrow and more flat towards the middle. Again, this volume implant is fairly generous for a patient with this build, but by lowering her natural crease appropriately, I was able to give her the maximum volume that she could accomodate, while still maintaining a fairly natural appearance.
