Before:
28 year old female, 5' 6" l19 lbs with small B-Cup breasts
After:
1 year post-operative breast augmentation with 370cc smooth round saline breast implants to full C-cup breasts.
Comments:
This patient has a very nice natural post-operative result. I did insure the patient that she would not have any roundness (as opposed to a natural slope, which she has here) in the upper part of the breast, and this was achieved. She has a fairly generous distance from the clavicles (collar bones) to the center of the nipple on each side, so I could have even gone with a larger implant, and still avoided any roundness in the upper breast.
