Before:
31 year old female, 5' 7" 127 lbs post nursing 2 children with small A-cup breasts
After:
1 year post-operative breast augmentation with 350cc smooth round saline breast implants to mid C cup breasts.
Comments:
This patient has a very small amount of breast tissue to begin with, and she, herself, is extremely thin. She wanted me to create as natural a look as possible, yet also go as full as I could go with the volume. Because of her very thin stature, as well as the relatively short distance between her clavicles and the nipple position (measured distance), I certainly had to create a pocket for the implant that allowed for a little settling of the implants over time, otherwise, she would have looked un-natural on the upper part of her breasts. She has a nice, conservative look, while pushing the limits of the number of cc's in the implants.
